About these terms
Example text written for this template. Have it reviewed by a lawyer for your country before you publish. These terms apply to every ring ordered from Sentinel, Hoveniersstraat 22, 2018 Antwerp, Belgium, through this website, by letter or at the atelier.
Made to order
Every ring is made for you after your order is confirmed in writing. We send a drawing, your size and a delivery date before work begins. Most rings leave the bench within six weeks.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT for orders delivered within the European Union. A deposit of 50% starts the work; the balance is due before the ring leaves the atelier.
Delivery
Rings are sent insured and signed for, or collected at the atelier by appointment. Risk passes to you when the ring is delivered or collected.
Changes and returns
Because each ring is made to your size and choices, made-to-order pieces cannot be returned. The first resizing within twelve months is free.
Care and warranty
We repair any fault in materials or workmanship for two years. Claw checks are free for life. Damage from accidents or normal wear is repaired at our usual prices.
Designs and images
All designs, drawings, photographs and texts on this site belong to Sentinel. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.
Liability
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. The courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction, without limiting your rights as a consumer in your own country.
