What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, email address, ring choices and size when you write through the letter form, and the details needed to make and deliver an order.
How we use it
To answer your letter, make and deliver your ring, keep its drawing for future care, and meet our accounting duties. We never sell your data.
The letter form
Letters are delivered to our inbox by the website platform. We read them at the atelier and reply by email, usually within two working days.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses privacy-friendly analytics without advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser without losing any feature of the site.
Sharing
We share data only with the services needed to run the atelier: the website host, our email provider, payment processing and insured delivery.
How long we keep it
Letters that do not become an order are deleted after one year. Order records are kept for seven years, as Belgian law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
